Implementation of Organizational Agility Model in Improving Sustainable PHEIs Competitive Advantage: Narrative Literature Review

In the rapidly evolving landscape of higher education, Private Higher Education Institutions (PHEIs) face multifaceted challenges in pursuing Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA). This narrative literature review delves into implementation Organizational Agility (OA) model within PHEIs to enhance their competitive edge. The study aimed comprehensively explore and assess potential OA fostering sustained competitiveness among PHEIs. critically examined articles from Scopus Google Scholar databases through a synthesis approach. Conducted 2023, systematic search employed keyword "Organizational Agility" encompassed English-language publications dating 2012 2023. selected were meticulously analyzed alignment with research objectives.
 reviewed underscores paramount significance for striving attain SCA. findings highlighted various dimensions OA—strategic agility, structural flexibility, process adaptability, cultural technological readiness, human resource agility—as instrumental enhancing capacity strategic flexibility empowers swift adaptation volatile market conditions, while adaptability facilitates internal structures external exigencies. Process enables effective responses shifts academia, technology, dynamics. Cultural agility fosters innovation collaboration, readiness provide essential tools skilled personnel leverage emerging technologies navigate fluid environments.
 conclusion, this OA's pivotal role fortifying SCA By embracing diverse OA, can adeptly challenges, seize opportunities, realize sustainable competitiveness. elucidates that is approach propelling excel ever-evolving education landscape. points towards promising avenues future inquiries, urging deeper exploration specific dimensions, empirical investigations, cross-cultural applicability.
